Horizons Condominium is a direct oceanfront residential building located at 1420 N. Atlantic Ave in world famous Daytona Beach, Florida with direct beach access from our north patio area.

We are a private residential community consisting of 70 individual 2 and 3-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 1300 sq. ft to over 2400 sq. ft. with reserved underground parking. Many units are available to rent through various rental platforms. Each unit is privately owned and managed.

The Horizons Condominium Owners Association's primary purpose is to maintain the safety and security of the building. We are not involved with individual apartment maintenance or management.
